Terms of use
The rules for using this website. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement.

1. About us
This website is run by Obair Bhaile, which builds custom office systems, websites and automations for trade businesses in Ireland. Contact: info@obairbhaile.com. By using the website you accept these terms.
2. The sample system
The sample system on this website is a demonstration. The firm, customers, names, places, phone numbers and prices in it are made up and don’t refer to any real business or person. Nothing you do in it is saved. It shows the kind of thing we build; every real system is designed around the firm using it, so features will differ.
3. No offer or quote
Descriptions on this website are general. They are not an offer, a quote or a promise of specific features. Every project is scoped after a call and set out in a written proposal and agreement. That agreement covers the work, the price, ownership, confidentiality and data protection, and it takes priority over anything on this website.
4. Confidentiality
We keep client details and the systems we build private. We don’t publish a client’s name, screens or information without their written permission.
5. Enquiries and calls
Calls are held on Saturdays and Sundays and are subject to availability. We’ll confirm a time by email. We currently work with trade businesses only and may decline an enquiry.
6. Our content
The text, design, graphics and sample system on this website belong to Obair Bhaile. You may view them and share links to them, but please don’t copy, reuse or reproduce them without our permission.
7. Using the website
Please don’t misuse the website, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or send spam through the enquiry form.
8. Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
9. Other websites
Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
